Refund Policy

Full refund can be requested by the following reasons:

• You are not happy with the work we've done
• We have been late delivering the project
• We were unable to finish the work

Confidentiality

All files, designs and contacts provided will be kept private with access only by our team unless permissions is granted.

Non-paying customers

In the case of not completing the payment required or agreed for the project in two weeks from the time it's finished and reason for the payment delay is missing, we can aquire the right to use this project in our Portfolio page breaking the confidentiallity agreement.
