We do guarantee a working template for the following browsers:
- Safari 3
- Internet Explorer 6-7
- Firefox 2-3
- Opera 9+
- And any standards-compliant browser.
Refund Policy
Full refund can be requested by the following reasons:
- You are not happy with the work we've done
- We have been late delivering the project
- We were unable to finish the work
Confidentiality
All files, designs and contacts provided will be kept private with access only by our team unless permissions is granted.
Non-paying customers
In the case of non-finishing the second half payment in
one week from the time we've delivered the template and missing reason for the payment delay, we can publish the template in our
Portfolio page breaking the confidentiallity agreement
