PSD to HTML

Well-structed PSD file is much faster to be worked with. A messed-up PSD structure like not organized headers/footers/content elements as well as elements built from several parts that are located all over the PSD elements list is a lot slower to be worked with and could lead-up to a delay of 2-4 hours. Another important condition is to specify all the hover/rollover or any other effects that are not well presented in the PSD or not present at all like the buttons hover effects, links underlining and such. Also, please specify how your design is gonna look on larger/wider screens (repeated, stretched background and the design itself to be streched and such) as well as another very important thing - if the design is to always fill the browser height even if there is no enough content for that.

If the use of non web-sefe fonts is necessary, please do specify what fonts to be used when the selected font is unavailable on the clients workstation. Also, please do specify how a glowing and shadowed texts should be handed - as images, as clear text without the effects, ect.
