What is CSS Slicers?: CSS Slicers is an online service for transforming your design into a valid XHTML/CSS template.
What browsers do you test the code on?: The templates are tested on the latest version of IE6, IE7, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Chrome on PC.
We do test a templates in IE8, but as the browser is still in beta version, we're working with it compitability settings and we can't guarantee a bugfree work with it untill a stable version is released. Also, Konqueror and FF testing on Linux is possible if required.
How much time does the process require?: There are currently 4 plans available:
- 8 ours delivery
- 1 day delivery
- 3 days delivery
- 5 days delivery

starting just after we've receive the first half of the payment. Each inner page requires addional up to 8 hours of work!
What is an inner page(subpage) and how much does it cost?: An inner page is a page that implements the main structure of your design but with a different content. As for the price - well, we think that we're offering a pretty competative prices for our services and even more attractive for the inner pages - 50% discount is available at the moment for each inner page!
What information would be helpfull during the process for you?: Describing how everything should look and work will be the best for us. That includes the rollover effects and the fonts used(if the design is not in a PSD format) or have any non-standart fonts. Depict the overall look like centered content, full height or/and width, expanding box height or any other effects you might have will make our way to your requirements a lot easier.
My website uses ASP.NET. Are you familiar with the html markup constraints?: Yes, we know that ASP.NET dynamically assigns id's, so let us know beforehand that you are using ASP.NET.
Do you also do Javascripts and PHP: Yes, we surely do. Some simple javascript are included in the price, however if you need something more we can do it for an aditional fee.
Do you do designs?: Not for now. We're currently assembling a team. However, if you are a designed yourself and willing to join our team - we'll be glad to see some of your work - contact us via the contact form.
Do you comment you code?: Yes, we comment the main parts of it as well as we're using very appropriate names for the classes and the blocks. However, if you require more comment you can state it in the order form.
What do you use to validate your templates?: We're validating our code at the W3C websites. We'll provide you with the validation links whenever your template is ready.
How and when do I pay?: We're requiring 50% upfront payment before we could start the work. You're working mainly with PayPal, but we can work our way with Moneybookers and a direct bank transfer as well.
Do you offer a refund if I'm not happy with the work?: Yes, we offer a complete refund if we're not able to do the template based on your requirements and of course the browsers restrictions.
Do you use any hack for IE?: No, we don't. We can use separate style sheets for IE6 and IE7 when nesessary code that doesn't pass the validation process. We use IE version targeting, however, that do passes validation.
How about the privacy?: Your privacy is of very high importance to us. Our name will not be included anywhere on the template as well as an access to the design and the files you've provided to us will only be granted to our team. Backreferances to you website would be made only after you've granted a permission ot us.
