We could also convert any non-layered design into a fully functional template, however, as we're not a team of designers if there are any transparent layers, any hidden images or anything else that's not visible or extractable from the image we will require it sent separately.

In most cases the work time is the same, however, please do grant us an extra 2 hours per page. The price for the design to xHTML/CSS conversion is with 20$ extra for the homepage and 5$ extra for any inner page.
